COUNCIL SESSIONS, EXPERIENCES, AND RETREATS
Courage Council
Courage Councils are different than what you might expect when you think of a networking event or learning experience. In an intimate experience with a small group, you will get the chance to hear and share stories that will move, inspire, humor, and resonate.
Why are they called Courage Councils?
COURAGE - Improving life requires courage - the courage to change and venture into the hard places. In a safe space, without really knowing you are doing it, you will build this courage. You will cultivate a set of capabilities that will help you show up as your best self no matter where you are or what you are facing.
COUNCIL - Based on the ancient and globally common practice of sharing stories, council is an experience that is known worldwide and throughout time to bring people together regardless of their differences. You will build connections with others faster than you might imagine possible.

Results That Make a Difference...
Courage Council sessions and experiences are the antidote to our divided world. While in council, participants find common ground in our shared humanity, lay down their defenses, build rich connection and exercise and strengthen critical collaborative capabilities like:
"Wow. Courage Council cuts the loneliness factor down.
I have known these people for years, but never felt this connected to them."
- Amy, C-suite executive
