Intentional COURAGE
Executive Program
Feel empowered to thrive in our changing world.
The 2025 Program Starts on
February 6th!
Intentional COURAGE Executive Program
A transformative year-long experience for executive women
- broken into three 3-month series.
The Intentional Courage Executive Program blends cutting-edge research, experiential learning, and peer support to unlock your ability to thrive in change, build wisdom easier, and rise beyond adversity faster.
Are you an executive woman seeking:
If you answered yes to any of these questions, this program may be for you.
Why "intentional courage"?
To thrive and lead others effectively through what the future promises to bring, it's going to take more than resilience and more than instinctual courage. It isn't enough to be tough enough to endure or tough enough to fight. Thriving in the future will demand we tap into the best of what human nature has to offer - our ability to adapt and thrive in uncertainty.
This means consciously breaking free of familiar pathways and exercising intentional courage - the courage to leap into the unknown even when everything in your status-quo-loving mind and body is telling you it is the wrong way.
Fortunately, this is something humans are born able to do, but it is a capability that has been conditioned out of you.
The Intentional Courage Executive Program will help you revive your ability to evolve and find balance in a disrupted and changing world.
It will help you lead others more comfortably through change too.
The Experience
Over the course of a year, you will cultivate critical leadership skills and practice exercising intentional courage working with a small cohort both in person and virtually.
The Intentional Courage Executive Program experience includes:
Workshops
Join a cohort of peers for 9 in-person workshops throughout the year.
These workshops are experiences that will get you moving, thinking, and engaging. They are one part graduate school lab, one part peer advisory, one part teamwork, and all parts focused on helping you become a wiser version of you.
"This program should be mandatory in companies and business schools! It's truly revolutionary!"
- Yulia, Harvard MBA, Finance Director, Program Graduate
Councils and Socials
Every month, you will have to opportunity to participate in Council Sessions where you will build critical leadership capabilities (without realizing you are doing it!) while cultivating hope and connections.
You will also have an opportunity to connect casually and expand your world through extra learning and social experiences.
"Your insights and way of thinking are inspiring and motivating!
- Colleen, Global Traveler, Coaching Client

This is a revolutionary approach to leadership and personal growth.
Being a great leader means showing up as your best self - adaptable, balanced, and wise - even in the face of adversity.
Unfortunately, in today's uncertain changing world, this feels harder to do and most have received little training on how to thrive in these conditions.
This program aims to change that.
More than instruction, this program is about learning through lived shared experiences and collaboratively nurturing human potential so you show up as the best version of you no matter what is going on in your life.
Are you ready to be a part of a revolutionary experience specifically designed to help you lead and thrive in a changing world?

Cohorts are kept small to maximize engagement and connection. There will be no more than 10 people in your cohort.
The Intentional Courage Executive Program kick-off workshop will be held on February 6th from 2-5pm, with a networking reception to follow. This will be held near Lake Union in Seattle.
All future workshop experiences will be hosted at the cohort member's offices (preferred) around the Seattle / Bellevue area or at The College Club of Seattle.
The dates for the remaining 9 workshops will be set as a group to maximize attendance.
These workshops happen only 10 times throughout the year. To honor the investment you have made and to honor the other cohort members, you are asked to commit to doing everything you can to show up for these experiences.
At this time, there is no way to make up the workshop(s) you miss. There are several optional opportunities throughout each month to connect with the cohort. You will also be encouraged to reach out to one or two of your cohort members to see if they will catch you up on what you missed (in exchange for buying them coffee of course!)
By the end of the year, each participant will have a collection of resources to help them continue new practices and reflect on learnings. These will include books, hand outs, diagrams, and a notebook.
No. There is an application process because this program is designed for groups of similar stage leaders to work together in-person.
At this time, all cohorts are female (or identifying as female) leaders in senior roles in their organization and located in the Seattle / Bellevue area.
To benefit from multiple perspectives, there is no industry focus nor limitations.
If you are out of the Seattle / Bellevue area, male, a solopreneur, independent contractor, student, new leader or retiree who is interested in this kind of program, please email info@revolveyou.com to be put on an interest list for consideration. When there is enough interest to form a full cohort of 10 with your career profile, accommodations will be made.
