Cultivating the breakthrough states of being through discovery of self, understanding human nature and mastering critical evolutionary skills

1. Learn about a revolutionary way of thinking about developing leaders
2. Discover why people are struggling to maintain positive momentum in today's world
3. Learn what your people are missing and why they aren't primed to thrive in the future
4. Discover how human nature is the key to thriving in our changing world 

Program details:

This is a cohort based year long leadership development program that can serve as the back bone for a new leader program or as a personal development program for middle managers and executives. The program helps leaders cultivate their understanding of human nature and their capacity to navigate uncertainty and guide others through change.
